As your dental care providers, our relationship is with you, our patient, not with your insurance company. Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.
Please be sure to bring your insurance card/information with you on the day of your appointment. If you change insurance companies or join another employer's plan, please let us know.
Our office is a preferred provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife, and Delta Dental. If you have another insurance, we can assist you in submitting a claim so that you can receive your dental benefits. We will work with you to receive all the benefits your insurance offers, but please be aware that not every procedure is covered by every plan. After your dental services are complete, we will submit a claim to your insurance company.
We will send out pre-estimates to your insurance company to determine the out-of-pocket cost for work such as white fillings, crowns, and dentures. Please be aware that these are estimates and final insurance payments may differ. Our policy is to collect a 50% deposit at the time any work is sent to the lab.
Our staff works with you and the insurance company to make the most of your insurance benefits, but you are ultimately responsible for your account. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific dental insurance.
Our office accepts the following payment methods: cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover).
